Terms & Conditions


Ticket is a personal license revocable at any time for any or no reason. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “holder”), agrees to the terms hereof. Risk of loss or theft of tickets shall pass to the purchaser and/or the holder. Management will not be obligated to admit the holder unless the ticket is presented.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless inclement weather policy is enacted.

Under New York law, ticket may not be resold within one thousand five hundred feet from the physical structure of the venue under penalty of law. Unlawful resale is punishable by fine and imprisonment.


Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms of this license or the rules, terms and conditions applicable to spectators at the venue.

Ticket holder assumes any and all risk occurring before, during or after the session, including injury by any cause. The holder releases participants, NY TeamTennis, LLC d.b.a. the New York Empire, the New York Junior Tennis League, Inc. Cary Leeds Center for Tennis & Learning, New York City Parks and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.


The following items are prohibited and may not be brought onto the premises:

backpacks, briefcases or bags (small handbags allowed), bottles or cans (glass or metal); coolers, alcohol; video cameras or recording devices, computers or laptops, weapons; animals (unless a service animal); laser pointing devices; drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft systems) or other model aircraft; and any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by event personnel, in their sole discretion. Bag and stroller storage is not offered on site.

By presenting the ticket for admission to the venue, the holder hereby consents to (i) the reasonable search of the holder’s person and belongings for prohibited items (if the holder elects not to consent to these searches, the holder will be denied entry onto the premises) and (ii) the use of the holder’s voice, image and or likeness in any live or recorded video program, photograph or other transmission or reproduction of, or at, the tournament or any surrounding activities for any and all purposes with further authorization or compensation.
